The Travel Agency (REBEL VIAJES), in order to help and encourage its clients in contracting any of its services, organizes a prize draw whose bases determine the conditions of this benefit and the rules of participation mentioned below.

1 – Participation is valid through registration in the link sent by specific email for this use. The objective of this benefit is to encourage the prompt reservation of any of the services that the agency makes available to its clients, for which they have a period of 15 days from when the prospect receives the welcome email, where they will also receive a discount applicable to your first purchase.

After purchasing any of the services that the agency offers through its website or its reservation center, the new client will receive an email with the link to register for the contest for a FREE trip to Chilean Patagonia.

The immovable period of 15 days to be able to participate in this benefit that the Rebel Viajes agency “A Free Trip” provides altruistically to customers who make a purchase of some of its products, does not have a condition to benefit from the discount offered for the first buys.

If for any reason any of the clients who are duly registered in the prize draw offered by the Rebel Viajes agency request the cancellation of the services that have allowed them to participate in the draw, their application will automatically be void, because it is It is an uncompromising condition to make a reservation to participate in the draw.

2 – The draw organized by the Rebel Viajes Agency will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024 through a Live event duly informed to the participants, in addition to being published on the websites and social networks.

3 – The person who benefits from the winning number will receive a travel voucher from the agency with details of the services offered in the aforementioned draw within a maximum period of 5 business days.

· The beneficiary has a period of 15 days from the notification to inform the agency of the date and name of the passengers who will enjoy the trip offered by Rebel Viajes.

· The prize consists of the following composition without the possibility of making changes to the program description.*
a) Transfers from Airport to Puerto Natales
b) 3 nights accommodation in a double room with private bathroom
c) Torres del Paine full day tour for two passengers
d) Transfers from Puerto Natales to the airport.

4 – The term and delivery of the prize indicated in clause 3 will be subject to the following conditions:

A. The prize can be enjoyed from October 2024 to March 2025 subject to accommodation availability at the time of booking.

B. The prize contained in this promotion may under no circumstances be subject to change, alteration or financial compensation at the request of the winners.

C. Resignation of the prize will not give the renouncer the right to compensation or any compensation.

D. The prize is personal and non-transferable, and cannot be assigned or transmitted for any title, nor exchanged for its cash value, nor for other different prizes.

5 – Unsold tickets expire on the same day that the trip of the client who has contracted a service with the Rebel Viajes agency begins, and subsequent sales cannot be made once the trip has started.

* The beneficiary of the prize draw and/or trip winner may only add paid excursions to complement the activities described in the trip offered by the agency. Any other change must be paid by the beneficiary according to the contracting conditions of the product.
