Ultra Trail Torres del Paine 2022<\/h3>\n

Starting in 2014, Ultra Paine<\/strong> is a Trail Running<\/strong> event that takes place in the surroundings of the Torres del Paine National Park<\/strong>. Made for both an elite runner and a hobbyist, the route design provides a trail ride with mesmerizing scenery.<\/p>\n

The event takes place in the extreme south of the American continent, in Chilean Patagonia<\/strong>, east of the great Southern Ice Field<\/strong> and south of Torres del Paine National Park<\/strong>, with the finish line located in Villa Serrano<\/strong>. The race distances are 7K, 14K, 21K, 35K and 50K.<\/p>\n

Free day for terrain reconnaissance and the great day of the Ultra Trail Torres del Paine<\/h3>\n

After disembarking at the airport, you will be transferred to your accommodation in the city of Puerto Natales<\/strong>. The next day, a free day for recreational activities<\/strong> in Puerto Natales<\/strong> or reconnaissance of the area<\/strong>. You will receive the kit for the race<\/strong> at the hotel, which consists of a t-shirt, official number and timing chip.<\/p>\n

On the big day of the race, you will be transferred from the hotel to the starting point. After the race you will take the transport to return to the hotel and savor a delicious Patagonian menu in celebration of the big day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Itinerary<\/p>\n

Day 1 – Arrival and welcome to Puerto Natales<\/h3>\n

After disembarking at the Punta Arenas airport, you will travel by regular bus to the city of Puerto Natales. Arriving at the hotel, you will check-in and spend your first night in the accommodation.<\/p>\n

Day 2 – Recreation day before the run<\/h3>\n

After breakfast, you will have a free day for recreational activities in Puerto Natales or reconnaissance of the area. At the hotel they will give you the kit for the race, which consists of a t-shirt, official number and timing chip. Later you will enjoy a delicious dinner, with a pasta menu, and then rest for the big day.<\/p>\n

D\u00eda 3 – El gran d\u00eda de la corrida Ultra Trail Torres del Paine<\/h3>\n

You will wake up early to enjoy a good breakfast before the race. At the indicated time you will be transferred from the hotel to the starting point. After the race you will take the transport to return to the hotel and savor a delicious Patagonian menu in celebration of the big day. Finally, you will relax on your last night of accommodation in Puerto Natales.<\/p>\n

Day 4 – Farewell<\/h3>\n

You will have breakfast and after check-out you will leave the hotel for the Punta Arenas airport.<\/p>\n

What is trail running?<\/h3>\n

Trail running is running in a natural environment (mountains, deserts, forests, etc.) with as few paved or asphalted roads as possible (maximum 20% of the total course).<\/p>\n

What is the race format?<\/h3>\n

The race format is non-stop with semi autonomy, and each runner must be independent between assistance stations.<\/p>\n

What types of terrain will be crossed on the Ultra Trail Torres del Paine?<\/h3>\n

Throughout the race you will cross through areas of cattle ranches, forests, meadows, mountains, among others.
