How to get to Puerto Natales?

One of the great advantages of the Lenga program is its flexibility: it’s designed for travelers from different locations. Below, we’ll tell you the most convenient options for getting to Puerto Natales, the starting point of your Torres del Paine adventure.

🚌 From Argentina (via El Calafate)

  • Regular bus from El Calafate to Puerto Natales (journey takes approximately 5-6 hours).

📝 Important recommendation: We suggest spending at least one night in El Calafate before taking the bus to Chile. This allows you to rest, enjoy the place, and ensure a good connection the next day.

✈️ From other countries (via Santiago, Chile)

  • Step 1: International flight to Santiago de Chile (SCL).
  • Step 2: Fly from Santiago de Chile (SCL) to: Puerto Natales (PNT) – flights available between October and April. Punta Arenas (PUQ) – flights available year-round.
  • Step 3: Regular bus from Punta Arenas to Puerto Natales (approximately 3 hours journey).

💡 Travel Tip: If you’re traveling during the off-season (May to September), the best option is to fly to Punta Arenas and then take a transfer or bus to Puerto Natales. During the summer, direct flights to Puerto Natales are more frequent and convenient.
