Go through the two most fascinating faces of Patagonia, its historical facet through a tour of the capital of the Magallanes region and the Chilean Antarctica and its natural face.

You will learn about the cultural and heritage diversity at the architectural level of the city of Punta Arenas. On the other hand, you will enjoy the wonderful Torres del Paine Park which contemplates a cinematographic landscape made up of lakes, rivers, waterfalls, mountains, which together with its diverse native flora and fauna make up the eighth wonder of the world.

Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival and welcome to Puerto Natales

Arrival day in Puerto Natales, a city renowned as the gateway to Torres del Paine. Discover this southern town steeped in history and with a unique natural setting.

• Regular bus transfer from Punta Arenas Airport to Puerto Natales.
• Welcome dinner.
• Overnight stay at the Costa Australis Hotel.

Day 2 – Torres del Paine National Park Tour

This full-day excursion begins with a visit to the ancient Milodon Cave and continues with a comprehensive tour of Torres del Paine National Park. Enjoy stunning panoramic views: the majestic Paine mountain range comprised of the Torres, Cuernos, and the Paine Massif; lakes and lagoons of intense turquoise colors, such as Lago Grey, Lago Pehoé, and Laguna Amarga; ancient glaciers; open steppe, Magellanic forests; and diverse local flora and fauna.

• Torres del Paine Park excursion with tickets and lunch.

Day 3 – Free day (optional excursions)

Free day to enjoy activities at your own pace and choice. From Puerto Natales, there are exceptional and varied options such as navigations, ranching, horseback riding, and kayaking, or simply exploring the streets of Puerto Natales on foot or by bike, among its charming restaurants and shops, local architecture, and strolling along the waterfront at sunset.

Day 4 – We look forward to seeing you back!

After enjoying a full buffet breakfast at the Costa Australis Hotel, it’s time to prepare for your return trip. At the scheduled time, you’ll be transferred by regular bus from the hotel to Punta Arenas Airport.

What to take to Patagonia?

Waterproof hiking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, water, hat for the sun, hat and gloves for the cold, short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts, fleece-type warm clothing, and waterproof jacket and pants.

Includes accommodation based on a room and a single bed for the nights mentioned in the program corresponding to the cities designated for each day.

Accommodation at Costaustralis Hotel in the city of Puerto Natales and Cabo de Hornos Hotel in Punta Arenas.

Costaustralis Hotel – Cozy, spacious and modern double room equipped with a king-size bed. It has free WiFi, LED screen TV, cable channels, heating with individual control, safe and fully equipped en-suite bathroom.

Transfer

Includes regular bus transportation in the following sections:
– Punta Arenas Airport – Puerto Natales
– Puerto Natales – Punta Arenas Airport

Includes shared transfer on tours.

Regular bus transfers operate between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Transfer duration: 3 hours.

Modifications and cancellations

Modifications to reservations must be made within a period of more than 15 days from the passenger’s arrival, they will be subject to availability and keeping the same characteristics of the fare paid or paying the difference, if any, for the modified service.

All cancellations, annulments, modifications, partial or total non-participation, must be made in writing and will be subject to the penalties established in these conditions.

In the event of non-appearance of the passenger, the Company will assume it in its entirety and will be empowered to dispose of said spaces, quotas or seats without these being subject to any type of restriction, replacement or compensation.

Suspension due to weather conditions

Full refund will be made when the company cancels before starting the service.

During the development of the activity, no refund of money is contemplated, in this case because they are factors external to the company.

If there is compensation for a special situation, it will be agreed with the people, and will be defined by the development of the travel program.

Routes and Itineraries

Rebel Viajes reserves the right to alter previously established routes and itineraries, stay times, if circumstances so require to ensure the safety and integrity of customers, without prior notification to passengers.

Responsibilities

Rebel Viajes has duly registered its activities in the SERNATUR tourism service provider registry, obtaining approval for the development and activities of Travel Agency and Tour Operator according to registration number 30455 and 37770 respectively.

Likewise, the company does NOT have complementary accident insurance.

Limitations

Be in good physical condition and health to the participants. When minors are included, they must complete the authorization of their parents or guardians. The Agency has some forms for this.

Recommendations

Comfortable shoes (half-round trekking shoe), comfortable clothing (quick-drying sweatshirt and pants), windbreaker, sun hat (brimmed or legionnaire hat), wool cap, work gloves, sunglasses, sunscreen, lip balm, bottle or receptacle for water, backpack.

The company reserves the right to deny the use of personal equipment in poor condition that puts the safety of the users or the activity at risk.
