How far in advance can you book the program?
It can be reserved up to one day before the start of the program. However, since it is a highly demanded program and we offer different options such as date and excursion changes subject to availability, it is advisable to make the reservation several months in advance, in order to ensure the space and, in case you need to make any changes take considerable time to manage the requirement.
Why can you reserve with only $50,000?
Due to the high demand for this program in Chilean Patagonia, the idea of offering the option of making a reservation with a payment of 50,000 is to be able to block quota in terms of accommodation and excursions and thus be able to secure the reservation. In this way also, to be able to give a greater ease of payment, since the difference in price can be paid later in installments.
How can I book?
The reservation can be made through the website rebelviajes.com or by contacting us through the communication channels of WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram. Once the first contact has been made, we will send a quote with all the necessary information to be accepted and thus proceed to payment. The reservation can be made by paying 50,000 to ensure your place and then pay the rest in installments.
Does it include flights?
These programs do not include flights. However, we can advise you on the purchase process and help you find the best price tickets according to the date you plan to make the trip. In this way we also have more clarity about the period in which we must make the reservation and block quotas in accommodation and tours.
What type of accommodation does it include?
Each Lenga program, available in 3, 4, 5 and 6 day formats, can be booked in Hotel and/or Hostel accommodation options. Both options offer rooms on a single, double or triple basis, in some cases with the option of adding an additional bed. All rooms, both in Hostel and Hotel, include private bathroom and breakfast.
Can I change the tours for the ones I prefer?
Each program includes a tour that leads to a place in Patagonia, either by land, navigation or trekking. However, if you require an activity of lesser difficulty, or simply want to see another attraction, there is the possibility of requesting a change of tour. All this subject to availability and paying a price difference if required.
Can extra nights be added to the program?
The Lenga programs have itineraries of 2, 3, 4 and 5 nights of accommodation. However, it is possible to request to add extra nights either before or after the start/end date of the program. If required, it is also possible to request tours to enjoy on the added days. All these requirements are subject to availability both in the accommodations and in the tours.
Where should I arrive?
The Lenga program includes transfers from the airports of the cities of Puerto Natales and Punta Arenas to the bus terminal. Usually you arrive at the Punta Arenas airport, since this city receives most of the flights and from there you make the transfer to the city of Puerto Natales. Once at the bus terminal, you can request the transfer to the accommodation, or request it when making the reservation. In this way, you will not have to worry about looking for transfer availability at the time of arrival in Puerto Natales.
Can I change the dates of my reservation?
It is possible to modify the reservation throughout the year. This is always subject to the availability and capacity of the places of accommodation and tours. That is why it is recommended to make the reservation several days and even months in advance.

What is the difference between the Torres del Paine Full Day and the Towers Base Trek?
The Full Day Torres del Paine is a full day land tour suitable for all types of public that visits the Milodon Cave and runs from end to end of the Torres del Paine National Park visiting its main viewpoints. On the other hand, the Towers Base Trekking is an 8-hour roundtrip trek of medium-high difficulty, suitable for people with experience in these activities or people who have adequate physical condition, which reaches the base of the Torres del Paine.
Are there hikes on the Full Day Paine?
This is a land tour in which the vehicle makes different stops at the points of greatest interest within the Park. The walks that are made are very short, only to approach a viewpoint and have a better perspective, so they do not require a high physical condition.
What is recommended to bring?
The climate of Patagonia is characterized by being almost unpredictable and cold throughout the year. However, during the summer, it tends to have a few days where it gets a bit hotter. For this reason and as required by some of the excursions included in the program, it is advisable to bring: waterproof mountain shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, water, a hat for the sun, a hat and gloves for the cold, short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts. long, fleece-type warm clothing and waterproof jacket and pants.
