Withdrawal right

If a refund is applicable, it will be made by bank transfer or the reverse of the payment, depending on the payment method with which the service reservation was made, within a maximum period of 72 hours.
If they do not show up at the exit, the consumer and user is obliged to pay the total amount of the trip, paying, where appropriate, the pending amounts unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
• In the event that the combined trip is subject to special economic contracting conditions, such as chartering planes, ships or special rates, the cancellation fees will be established in accordance with the conditions agreed between the parties.
Payment method
The User agrees to pay for the contracted services or products by using one of the following means of payment that will be detailed on the payment page:

• Payment by transfer within 24 hours from the request for the services to the number provided to the User by Rebel Viajes.
The purchase of any product will only be effective at the time that Rebel Viajes charges the total amount of the trip in a valid manner on the credit card provided by the User, or the amount of said purchase is received with proof of the transfer, being able until that moment to be canceled by Rebel Viajes without the user having the right to any claim.
The fact of requesting a reservation implies the commitment on the part of the client to authorize the charge on the credit card that he provides. In the event that it is not possible to charge the credit card (rejected charge), the User accepts that Rebel Viajes will not issue the reservation made.
Documentation delivery
Once the payment of the trip has been made, Rebel Viajes will deliver the travel documentation to the client by sending it directly to their email address in the case of documents or electronic presentation vouchers, sending it by courier to the address or delivery address specified by the client during the hiring process.

These General Conditions will be subject to Chilean legislation. The parties submit, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Punta Arenas, Chile.
