Are you looking for a day full of emotions and adventures in Patagonia? Look at these three activities that we suggest!
Come and enjoy a day full of activities and fun. 3 activities in a single day: Agua Fresca Bay + lunch. Horseback riding, dolphin watching and kayaking.
We will leave Punta Arenas at 7:00 a.m. picking up the passengers at their hotels, then we will move to the Agua Fresca Ranch, located at km 27 to the south.
Our first activity will be kayaking where we will row to enjoy the company of birds and southern dolphins.
Punta Arenas is known to be a popular destination for dolphin watching. Dolphins are very intelligent and playful animals, and it is common to see them swimming near boats and playing in the waves.
Dolphin watching is an ideal activity for the whole family, and it is a unique opportunity to see these animals up close and learn more about them.
After an hour of rowing and then an hour of sailing in the Zodiac boat, we will return to the Ranch to enjoy a delicious lunch.
After resting for a while and having lunch, we will enjoy a relaxing horseback ride guided by muleteers where you will be able to learn more about the landscapes of Patagonia and also its culture in the company of the guide.
This route will continue through the Strait of Magellan, surrounded by a wetland inhabited by birds in the sector. During the tour, we will be able to appreciate a great variety of vegetation, such as the Lengas, Calafate and Armería Marítima forest, as well as spot different types of fauna, such as the Quetru, Juarjual, Caiquenes, native birds, foxes and rabbits.
After a walk through the forest, we will arrive at a viewpoint from where we will be able to see the Strait of Magellan and its islands Tierra del Fuego and Dawson. We will also be able to admire the immensity of the sea and the snow-capped mountains of the Darwin range. You don’t want to miss out on this incredible sight!
At 5:00 p.m. we will start the return to Punta Arenas.
